In a petition made available to CALABAR REPORTERS, Barr Odok alleged that the State Attorney General, Mr. Joe Abang had refused to honour invitation extended to him by the Police.
He said the Abang instructed staff of the Cross River State Ministry of Justice to refuse the letter of invitation.
He told the Governor that rather than answer to the police invitation in Abuja, the AG approached Cross River Police Command with frivolous allegations.
